Да, опять У меня закончилась заначка непрочитанных фиков по Хуниверсу (не считая порно, которое не заканчивается никогда), поэтому делаю фикспам с остатками интересного по этому фандому и перехожу на мультифандомную папку.

Полное АУ, без всякого сай-фая, но очень душевное и написано (по моим ощущениям) со знанием дела.
Edgar van Scyoc Presents: Doctor Who, сиквел к Second City Torchwood. Summary: The American sci-fi drama Torchwood has been renewed for a second season. Its spinoff show, Doctor Who, is much anticipated by fans and critics alike. Managing the actors and getting scripts out on time is nothing new for executive producer Edgar van Scyoc and head writer Ellis Graveworthy, but their own relationship is evolving as well. Follow along as Torchwood defends Chicago from alien gamblers, mad scientists, tentacle monsters, and other menaces, while the Doctor visits the end of the world, a new New York, and eras of time long-past on Earth. Сиквел нравится мне меньше, чем первая часть - у меня ощущение, что в сиквеле Сэм ушел от мета-фика куда-то в сторону то ли глобальной АУ, то ли вообще оригинального творчества - к примеру, у него очень креативная версия Библиотеки. Кроме того, он касается некоторых тем, которые имхо стоило бы сделать более edgy. Но некоторые моменты доставляют по-прежнему (спутник Доктора, валлийский солдат Росс Дженкинс в исполнении Гарета Дэвид-Ллойда). Опять же, Эдгар/Эллис (визуализируется как Тони Хэд/Алексис Денисофф, и на этом месте меня можно выносить).
What Lies Within, Jack/Ianto. Notes and etc: Adult. This is my attempt at an ‘episode’ and is long, plotty and pretty disturbing in some places. It also involves Jack/Ianto, plus the team (plus Jack/tentacle!sex). There’s um … some serious angst going on, illness/medical tropes and so on. I’ve also tried to do some funky things with font and color to reflect some of what’s going on. Not sure it worked, or is a good idea but why not take advantage of internet technology? Очень dark, но с хэппи-эндом. Интересные продуманные характеры и ситуации. Ключевой сюжетный ход может очень сквикать (и является основным источником дарка), но он хорошо проработан, и как я уже говорила, все кончается удачно

I hope this comes across as a sweet romance with a touch of humor.
